	Vinod is a Senior Partner at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana, IP Attorneys. Vinod, along with heading the IP Litigation Team which represents some of top Indian and Global Business Brands on Passing Off, Counterfeiting, and Fraud Investigation/White-Collar Crime Issues, is also the Head of the IP Commercialization/Licensing Team and overlooks at Valuation and Negotiation of all major Out-Licensing Deals at IIPRD. Vinod has been in the field of Business Legal Finance for the last 35 years with core focus on Commercialization, Licensing, and Valuation of Intellectual Property. Vinod represents top Indian and International Corporate Houses for Licensing their Technologies and other Intellectual Properties. Mr. Khurana has also been researching and educating on fighting thefts and frauds of Intellectual Properties and white-collar crimes, by practicing a mix of Law, Intellectual Property, Accounting, Ethics and Criminology coupled with his professional qualification being a B.Com, PGDFA, MBA, AICWA, CFA, LLB among other specialization qualifications in Investigation and Commercialization of Intellectual Property. He has an extensive experience in conducting in Investigation & Litigation and has represented numerous corporates for devising their Prosecution and Litigation Strategies such as Indian Oil Corporation, ITC, Bharti, Matrix Cellular among many others. 	Tarun Khurana
	Tarun has over 9 years experience in a broad range of Intellectual Property subject matters. Tarun has executed numerous assignments related to exercises of Patent Portfolio Creation, Protection, Valuation and Commercialization for corporates ranging from Small Start-ups to Fortune 5 companies. Tarun focuses on the Patent Preparation, Prosecution and Litigation Opinions for Computer Implemented, Electronics and Mechanical subject matters. He has, apart from handling IP Matters over 600 Indian and International Clients including Indian Oil Corporation, Bharat Petroleum, Glenmark, Shasun Pharmaceuticals, Vixs Systems, Furuno, CDAC, CDOT, TIFR, Ameriprise Financial, Indo Asian, Globachem, Emory Healthcare, RFS Pharma, Engineers India Limited, Ballette Alliance, Haier, among many others worked with numerous US, European, Singapore, Israel, and Australian Patent Attorneys of leading IP Law Firms in providing Patent and IP Litigation support services including Patentability Searches, Invalidation Searches, FTO, Infringement Analysis, Patent Preparation and Preparing Responses to Office Actions. 	KC Jayaprakash
	Jayaprakash (JP) is a Patent Consultant at the Chemistry Practice Group at IIPRD and has an experience of over 37 years in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical domain. JP has worked as the Deputy General Manager of Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) for over 30 years in R&D and has been involved in preparing patent applications, preparing responses to office actions, and rendering Infringement and Validity opinion especially in the organic and polymer chemistry and catalyst/lubricating oil compositions. JP has a Masters (M.Sc) in Chemistry and has focused on extensive research in the areas of Hydrocarbon processing and Lubrication Technology.
	Mohinder Vig
	Mohinder is a Senior Trade Mark Attorney at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana, Advocates and IP Attorneys with over 30 years of experience. Mohinder specializes in all aspects of Trade Mark Law with focus on Trade Mark Clearance Searches, Opinions, and Prosecuting Indian and International TM Applications by assisting Foreign Associats in preparing Legal Opinions, Conducting Searches, and preparing responses to Office actions. Mohinder has been a sought after Attorney for Trade Mark Offshoring practice by virtue of his experince and understanding of Trade Mark Laws and Practices at multiple jurisdictions such as OHIM, ARIPO, USPTO, CIPO among others. He has worked with more than 300 Corporates in India and represented them for Prosecution/Opposition cases across TM Offices. Mohinder has a B.Ed from Delhi University followed by a LLB from Delhi University and practices Litigation at the Bar Council of Delhi.
	Dr. Kamal Kishore
	Dr. Kamal is a Patent Consultant with IIPRD having over 20 years experience in the Electrical and Fiber Optic Communication Industry and has been extensively involve in Patent Application Preparation and Search Opinions for a number of Indian and International Clients. Kamal has drafted Indian and International patent applications for subject matters ranging from Microwave Electronics to Optical Communication to Satellite mounted microstrip antennas to parallel computing subject matters. Kamal has expertise in preparing and filing patent applications along with conducting Analysis relating to Patentability, Invalidity and Infringement through multiple Patent and Non-Patent databases. Kamal has been actively involved in IP Research and Creation of subject matters pertaining to Analog Domain and has also focused on transistor level design & simulation of Analog circuits in Cadance tools Vituoso, Spectre RF. Kamal has further been involved in Patent Preparation for US and EP Patent Attorneys for inventive concepts relating to Digital Domain focusing on designing RTL and testing in VHDL. Kamal has a Bachelors in Physics from MDS University, a Masters in Microwave Electronics from MDS University, an M.Phil Complex Dielectric Permittivity of Soil Samples at Microwave Frequencies, and a Ph.D in Microstrip Antennas.
	Satish K
	Satish is a Patent Specialist with IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana having over 30 years experience in the Chemistry and Chemical Technologies. Satish's main focus area revolves around rendering validity, patentability, and infringement opinions on complex chemical structures, formulations, processes and advising clients on patent search strategies along with advising them on building efficient research practices to ensure creation and enforecement of patents.
	Veera Raghavan
	Veera is a Patent Specialist at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana, IP Attorneys. Veera has over 6 years of Patent Drafting, Search, and Prosecution experience. Raghavan comprehensively focuses on advising clients on Intellectual Property protection strategy, including preparation and prosecution of Utility and Design patent applications, preparation of infringement and validity opinions. Raghavan practices in the electronic and mechanical fields rendering FTO opinions, and handling licensing matters for a range of individuals and corporations. Primarily advising on high technology patents, Raghavan has also been active in other fields includig handling opinion work on technologies relating to medical devices and nanotechnology. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from University of Madras and a Masters of Science in Software and Systems from BITS Pilani. He is currently pursuing his Bachelors in Law (LLB).
	Rahul Vasa
	Rahul is a Patent Consultant at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. He has over 6 years of Patent Drafting and Prosecution experience and has been in the Intellectual Property field since 2004. Rahul has experience in a broad range of complex technologies, including Fiber Optics, Cables, Digital Television (DTV), and signaling, OLED, LCD, and plasma displays and circuits, Blu-ray and storage technology. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication from University of Pune. Rahul has also been extensively carrying out FTO searches, Infringement Analysis, and Patentability Opinions for a number of Indian and global high technology clients.
	Meenakshi Khurana
	Meenakshi is a Patent Specialist at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana (K&K) and is heading the International Patent Department of the K&K including complete client management and managing the general intellectual property prosecution and transactional work, due diligence and opinion work. Meenakshi engages in patent application preparation, prosecution, patent infringement and validity opinion practice, Freedom-to-operate, patent licensing studies, and counseling clients in devising global intellectual property strategies. Her main areas of specialization are pharmaceutical and chemical arts including small molecules, pharmaceutical formulations and drug delivery technologies, methods of treatment, crystalline forms, stereoisomers, chemical processes, organic and inorganic chemistry, polymer chemistry and biochemistry. She began her career in patents in 2005 with one of the leading Pharmaceutical Companies Panacea Biotech in its NCE Discovery Group and focused on handling Patent Matters at the company ranging from Patent Drafting, Searching, Designing Around strategies, to devising strategies for Patent Filing/Prosecution. Meenakshi is a Registered Patent Agent admitted to practice before the Indian Patent Office. She has a degree of B.Sc. (Chemistry Hons.) and M.Sc. (Chemistry Hons.) from Panjab University. She holds one year Post Graduate Diploma in Patents Law from NALSAR University. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor in Law (LLB) from CCS University. Meenakshi is also a member of Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA).
	Marimuthu Kalyanasundaram
	Mari is a Patent Specialist at IIPRD and K&K. Mari brings over 6 years of experience in Patent Searching, Due-Diligence, Portfolio Management, Patent Drafting, Portfolio Analysis, Landscape Studies, and Patent Illustration experience. Mari handles projects involving Novelty/Patentability Studies, Freedom-to-Operate Searches, Validity/Invalidity Searches, Patent Drafting relating to Electronics and Mechanical Domains. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Anna University, Chennai. Prior joining to Khurana & Khurana, Mari was a Research associate at Evalueserve Pvt. Ltd. and a Patent Research Engineer at Dextrasys Technologies (P) Ltd. He has handled more than 500 Patent Searches and due-diligence activities in various fields including Nanotechnology, Electro mechanical devices, Wireless Devices and Standards, Display Devices, Mobile Communication, GPS and Agricultural Devices.
	Sitanshu Shekhar Singh
	Sitanshu is a Patent Associate at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana and deals with patent matters related to all aspects of Pharmaceutical Formulation Arts, NDDS, Medical Devices and Simple Mechanical Devices. Sitanshu performs projects involving Novelty/Patentability Studies, complex Freedom-to-Operate Searches, preparing respsonses to Office Actions, Validity/Invalidity Searches, and Patent Drafting for both Global Corporates and International IP Law Firms. Sitanshu has earned his Bachelor's in Pharmacy from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Orissa and Masters in Pharmacy from Pune University.
	Nagaraj Minnikeri
	Nagaraj is a Patent Associate at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana dealing with patent matters related to Electrical/ Mechanical domain. Nagaraj handles projects involving Novelty/Patentability Studies, Freedom-to-Operate Searches, and Validity/Invalidity Searches, for both Global Corporates and International IP Law Firms. He also focuses on drafting patent specifications in the domain of basic techniques including health management systems, radar systems, network protocols, optical discs and other related technologies. Nagaraj has earned his Bachelors in Information Science and Technology from (VTU) Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum.
	Varun Khurana
	Varun heads the IP Valuation Team and has over 10 years of experience in dealing with IP Commercialization and Licensing Matters from the Financial Perspective. Varun is a Chartered Accountant and along with qualifications of ACA, AICWA, CISA, ISA (ICAI), LL.B, ISMS LA (ISO 27001) focuses on Conducting Valuation of Intellectual Properties. Varun has been a part of over 60 Licensing deals from Khurana & Khurana and its leading Intellectual Property Consulting Firm IIPRD and has helped clients value their Intellectual Property. Varun has also been part of the negotiations during the out-licensing and in-licensing deals and has developed an expertise in precise valuation of the IP through comprehensive analysis of the Patents/IP’s and evaluation of the market scenario. Varun works with the Patent Attorneys at Khurana & Khurana to complete the IP Commercialization process for technologies engaged by K&K for licensing.
	Gopanjali Singh
	Gopanjali is a Patent Associate at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana, Advocates and IP Attorneys (K&K). Gopanjali focuses on carrying out Patentabilty and Invalidity Searches covering all aspects of Pharmaceutical Formulation arts. She also focuses on Preparation and Filing of Domestic and International Patent and Design Applications including docketing of applications and maintaining all deadlines arising during the prosecution and grant phases.
	Dayanand Reddy
	Dayanand is a Licensing Specialist at IIPRD handles all IP Licensing and Technology Transfer Matters at the firm. Dayanand focuses on Out-Licensing of patents coupled with technologies and products to global companies and licensees. Dayanand executes complete IP Licensing process starting from scouting for potential licensees to presentation of technologies showing value-proposition, to IP Valuation and Negotiation for each technology for closing the deal. Dayanand bring experience of working with Thompson Reuters as a research associate. Dayanand has an M.Sc in Organic Chemistry along with a B.Sc in Chemical Technologies.
	Rajesh Mishra
	Rajesh heads the Business Development Department at IIPRD and takes care of all out-bound client interaction and coordination aspects at IIPRD. Rajesh brings over 10 years of on board experience from HCL and other pretigious organizations and executes all strategic business development initiatives at IIPRD. Rajesh has a B.Com (Hons.)and an MBA in Market Research and Consumer Behaviour. Apart from handling all Client Coordination and new business Matters, Rajesh also gets involved in Patent Portfolio Management, including regular and 24*7 client updates to ensure seamless and continuous interaction with all existing clients across geographies.
	Sagar Gupta
	Sagar is a Trade Mark Attorney at Pune office of IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana, Advocates and IP Attorneys (K&K) with over 4 years of experience.
