Mr. Donal O'Connell
Donal O’Connell is the Managing Director of Chawton Innovation Services. Donal’s company Chawton Innovation Services has expertise in the areas of trade secrets and trade secrets asset management. They have a range of trade secret educational products. They provide executive education as well as masterclasses on trade secrets. They are currently designing and developing a suite of bite size videos employee education purposes. Donal had over 80 short papers on various aspects of trade secrets and trade secret asset management published over the past few years. A number of these papers have been published by Practical Law and other prestigious publications. He had presented on trade secrets at several reputable IP conferences and seminars in recent times – IP Service World in Munich, Marques Conference in Paris, IPEG hosted event in Eindhoven, and CIP event in Gothenburg. Mr. Tarun Khurana
Tarun has over 18 years of experience in a broad range of Intellectual Property (IP) subject matters, and is the Co-Founding Partner and Patent Attorney of Khurana & Khurana (K&K) and of its Patent Research and IP Asset Management Firm, IIPRD, both of which are among the Leading IP and Commercial/Corporate Law Practices with 10 Offices in India, and over 180 Professionals. The firms also have regional offices in US, Vietnam, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Tarun focuses on Patent Preparation, Prosecution and Litigation Opinions Computer Implemented, Telecommunication, Electronics, and Mechanical subject matters. His education includes Bachelors in Computer Science from Pune University, Masters in Software Systems from BITS Pilani, Bachelors of Law from CCS University, an MBA from the prestigious IIM Lucknow, and is in pursuit of a PhD.
