Anurag is Junior Associate at Khurana & Khurana, working with the Corporate and Commercial Laws team. He has pursued his B.A. LLB. Degree from Guru Gobind Singh University, Delhi. While pursuing his academia, he gained experience interning with renowned law firms in area of Corporate Laws, IP Laws, Labour Laws and Litigation Sector. He has also interned with the National Green Tribunal (Principal Bench, New Delhi) and the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (Department of Persons with Disabilities), where he contributed to policy research and legal analysis. He has authored and published research papers on a range of subjects including jurisprudence, social justice, and criminal law, several of which have been presented at national conferences and featured in reputed publications. At Khurana and Khurana he advises clients on a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, regulatory compliance, and commercial contract matters. His practice includes drafting, vetting and negotiating a variety of agreements including Services Agreements, Franchise Agreements, Employment Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Technology Transfer Agreement, Joint venture agreements, NDAs, and Licensing Arrangements along-with IP policies and Privacy Policies etc. He also assists in legal due diligence, regulatory advisory under FEMA, SEBI and sector-specific compliance frameworks and provides well-reasoned legal opinions on Data Protection, Gaming Laws, Online Platforms, Software Licensing and Labour Laws. With prior experience at leading law firms and a strong academic foundation, he brings a pragmatic and business-focused approach to supporting clients across diverse sectors.
