Shashank is a Junior Associate with the Tradmarks and Copyrights Department at Khurana & Khurana and IIPRD. He graduated as one of the top candidates during his time at Law School and holds a specialized certification in ‘Legal Aid and Allied Laws’ by ProBono India, in collaboration with Gujarat National Law University and Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law—adding further depth to his legal acumen. He brings robust experience in Intellectual Property Law, particularly in Trade Marks and Copyrights, encompassing prosecution, opposition, strategic advisory, and landscape analysis. His portfolio includes drafting Notices of Opposition, Counter-Statements, Evidence in support of Opposition/ Application, Cease & Desist Notices, and detailed client advisories. Apart from that he also assists in TLA and opposition hearings. Beyond his core IP work, he has been involved in diverse legal domains including litigation, in-house advisory, ESG, and real estate. His litigation experience spans proceedings before the Delhi High Court, Uttarakhand High Court, District Courts across Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, and DRTs. He has also handled corporate and real estate mandates involving commercial agreements, legal notices, and regulatory advisory. With a growing interest in IP Law, he continues to expand his practice with adaptability and precision. His multidisciplinary expertise and strategic mindset make him a valued member of the firm’s IP prosecution and opposition practice.
