Process for whey treatment in dairy industry

Invention relates to a whey treatment in dairy industry collecting the whey as wastewater from cheese and/or paneer production section, performing chemical pre-treatment step using a combinations of chemical coagulants and adsorbents, passing through an integrated membrane cassette for whey protein concentration and recovery.
