Rishi Nandhan R B is an Associate at Khurana & Khurana, where he is a part of the Litigation team. His practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, arbitration, company law, intellectual property, contract law, indirect taxation, and related dispute resolution matters. Prior to joining the firm, he practised as an advocate in Chennai for nearly three years, representing clients before the City Civil Courts, Family Courts, the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Arbitral Tribunals, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and the Hon’ble High Court of Madras. He has also successfully represented clients in significant matters, including securing the restoration of a business’s GST registration by successfully challenging its wrongful cancellation before the Hon’ble High Court of Madras.
