Pragya is a Junior Associate at Khurana & Khurana and IIPRD. She graduated with a B.A. LL.B. degree from Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur, where she pursued an elective course in Intellectual Property Rights, developing a strong interest in the field. Prior to joining the firm, Pragya interned at Khurana & Khurana and was subsequently selected for an Assessment Internship, where she gained practical exposure to various aspects of intellectual property law. Her dedication and performance during the internship led to her current role with the firm. Presently, Pragya works with the Trademark Team. Her work primarily involves paralegal support, legal research, and drafting of documents pertaining to trademark filings, draft sale of deeds, opposition and other trademark-related proceedings. Through her role, she continues to expand her knowledge and expertise in intellectual property law while gaining hands-on experience in trademark practice.
