Arjun Santhosh is a Senior Associate in the Litigation practice of Khurana and Khurana and IIPRD and has over 8 years experience in litigation and arbitration practice. He has represented several corporate and institutions in litigations before various courts and tribunals and is also involved in various arbitrations (ad-hoc and institutional). In many disputes, Arjun have acted as both briefing counsel and lead counsel conducting trial and arguments before various courts and tribunals. He has represented clients in several actions for interim relief, the challenge of arbitral award and constitution of arbitral tribunals. Arjun has gathered considerable experience and expertise in handling various corporate and commercial disputes, ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations, white collar criminal proceedings, writ petitions, corporate insolvency, employment matters, consumer disputes, indirect tax disputes and like. Some of his recent work includes handling a hotly contested property dispute matter on behalf a leading builder in connection with their dispute at an ongoing apartment project situated in Bangalore, handling criminal proceedings arising out of sexual harassment and an appeal for leading agro company in a software code dispute. In the beginning of his practice, he has acted as a briefing counsel for a public sector company in a group of writ petitions before the Hon‟ble High Court of Kerala regarding compensation for land acquired under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Before joining Khurana and Khurana, Arjun was with J Sagar Associates at their Bangalore office.
