Bhavya is a Junior associate in the Trade Marks and Copyrights Department at Khurana & Khurana Advocates. She graduated from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) and has interned at various leading IPR firms in order to understand the practical aspects and nuances of Trade Marks. She handles Trade Marks Opposition matters such as drafting Notice of Oppositions,Counter-statements, Evidence in support of Opposition, Evidence in support of Application, Evidence in reply of Opponent, Cease & Desist Notices and apart from that she also assists in TLA and
Opposition hearings.
