He graduated as one of the top three candidates during his time at Law School and holds a WIPO Certification in Intellectual Property, is a dynamic IP Attorney with three years of invaluable experience in Intellectual Property prosecution, strategy development, and landscape analysis. He also possesses instrumental experience in litigation, having recently been involved in major cases at Delhi High Court, Allahabad High Court, Delhi District Courts, and DRT. In addition to his litigation proficiency, Samrat has contributed to the firm in various capacities, including drafting and reviewing legal documents for clients in the Corporate and Banking sectors, issuing Legal Notices related to IP and Employment matters, and providing advisory and strategies for IP licensing and commercialization.
