Ms. Smita graduated from Birla Institute of Technology with a BBA degree and post-graduated from Sinhgad Institute of Management, Pune holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. She is an expert in providing legal opinions/legal services in intellectual property rights mainly involving patent applications (Domestic/National Phase/Convention/Patent of addition/Divisional), Assignment, PCT applications, start-up, small entity, Foreign Filing License, and any other matter. She is also familiar with filing the patent applications at USPTO and EPO.
