Raghavendra is a Principal Associate at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. Raghavendra is a Registered Patent Agent (IN/PA-2210) and an Advocate (Reg. No. D/1092/2021), and is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association. Raghavendra holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications, a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law. Raghavendra has over 13 years of experience in Indian patent prosecution across technologies including Chemistry, Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechanical Engineering, Software, E-Commerce, Instrumentation, Automobiles, Medical Devices, and Electrical Engineering. During his career, Raghavendra has represented numerous large corporations. At Khurana & Khurana, Raghavendra primarily focuses on preparing responses to First Examination Reports, attending hearings before the Controller, and addressing client queries. Prior to joining the firm, Raghavendra worked with several leading law firms in the Delhi-NCR region and also served as an in-house Patent Attorney at UFLEX Limited, India’s largest packaging company, where Raghavendra managed the IPR portfolio, including worldwide protection, PCT filings, and national phase filings.
