Bhanu has over 8 years of experience in patent drafting and prosecution, with domain expertise across a wide range of technologies including mechanical, electrical, electronics, telecommunications, automobile, and electro-mechanical inventions. Bhanu is a Registered Patent Agent with the Indian Patent Office and holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Uttar Pradesh, as well as an LL.B. degree. Bhanu regularly advises domestic and multinational clients, including start-ups, on developing, protecting, and managing patent portfolios. Bhanu also has significant experience in conducting patentability searches, product analysis, freedom-to-operate searches, and invalidity searches to assess and mitigate third-party patent risks relating to products and services.
