Samrat is a Senior Associate working with the Litigation Team at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. Samrat graduated as one of the top three candidates from Law School and holds a WIPO Certification in Intellectual Property. Samrat is a dynamic IP Attorney with over 3 years of experience in Intellectual Property prosecution, strategy development, and landscape analysis. Samrat also possesses significant experience in litigation and has recently been involved in major matters before the Delhi High Court, Allahabad High Court, Delhi District Courts, and the DRT. In addition to litigation, Samrat contributes to the firm through drafting and reviewing legal documents for clients in the Corporate and Banking sectors, issuing legal notices relating to IP and employment matters, and providing advisory support and strategy inputs for IP licensing and commercialization. Samrat’s skill set also extends to supporting Data Privacy and Protection mandates.
