Yashika Chadha is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. Yashika has an experience of over 3 years across a broad range of contentious matters, including civil and commercial litigation, writ proceedings, domestic arbitration and arbitration-related proceedings, real estate and infrastructure disputes, consumer disputes, and selected criminal matters. She has been involved in advising and representing clients in disputes arising from commercial transactions, contractual arrangements, and sector-specific engagements. Yashika appears before a range of judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including district and commercial courts, various tribunals, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), arbitral institutions, including but not limited to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. She has experience in handling matters at various stages of litigation and arbitration proceedings.
