Avdhesh is a Senior Patent Associate at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. Avdhesh served in the Indian Air Force for over 37 years in the Electronics stream, where he was trained to maintain the serviceability of airborne radar systems and devices installed on MiG-21, MiG-29, Mi-17 helicopters, and Su-30 aircraft. Avdhesh also completed a major overhauling course for MiG-29 aircraft in Russia and successfully completed several specialized courses in the IAF, including Technical Management, Quality Assurance, and Technical Infrastructure. Avdhesh has extensive administrative, technical, and academic instructor experience in areas such as digital technology, radio and radar technology, antennas, semiconductors, and electricity and magnetism. Following retirement from the IAF, Avdhesh worked for over 7 years as Assistant Head of Administration (Infrastructure & Services) at Mahindra United World College. Avdhesh holds a B.Sc. Pt 1 (PCM), a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications, and a Master of Arts degree. In addition, Avdhesh holds a NEBOSH qualification in Occupational Health & Safety.
