Pratima is an Associate working with the Litigation team at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. Pratima holds a B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Uttaranchal University, completed in 2019, and is presently pursuing an LL.M. from Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal (HNB) University, Dehradun. Pratima has over 5 years of experience in handling arbitration, civil, criminal, and commercial matters and is actively involved in assisting and representing clients before various courts and forums.
