(Honours in Intellectual Property Rights) from IIT Kharagpur and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from VNIT Nagpur. He has over 8 years of experience in handling patent matters across multiple jurisdictions, including the US, EP, and IN. His expertise spans patent prosecution, infringement analysis with EoU charting, patentability and freedom-to-operate (FTO) searches, landscape and white-space analysis, portfolio management, IP monetization, licensing, and valuation.
He specializes in technologies related to Wireless Communication, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Medical Devices, Semiconductor & Embedded Systems, Home Automation, Consumer Electronics, and Li-Fi & Optical Communication. Prior to joining Khurana & Khurana, he worked with UnitedLex, Ericsson, and ResearchWire Knowledge Solutions, where he managed global patent portfolios and contributed to end-to-end IP strategy and commercialization initiatives.
