Sanjeev has extensive experience in prior-art searches (patentability/novelty and invalidity/validity), freedom-to-operate searches, patentability and FTO opinions, technology landscape studies, infringement analysis, evidence-of-use assessments, patent valuation and evaluation, patent and portfolio watch, and chemical structure searching using platforms such as STN (REGISTRY and MARPAT), SciFinder, and Reaxys. Sanjeev is also experienced in drafting patent specifications (both provisional and complete) across technical domains including organic chemistry, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, polymer chemistry, material chemistry, nutraceuticals, petrochemicals, biomedical devices, and personal-care products.
