Helly is a Principal Associate at Khurana & Khurana in the Litigation Department. She is a practicing Advocate with extensive experience in Commercial, Corporate, and Criminal Litigation along with expertise in Arbitration, Insolvency, and Intellectual Property matters. She has been actively engaged before the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court, the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), Food Safety Appellate Tribunal, and various Civil/Criminal Courts and quasi-judicial forums across India. She has over 7 years of litigation and corporate advisory experience, having worked with leading law firms such as Thakkar and Pahwa Advocates (under the guidance of Sr. Counsel Mr. Navin Pahwa), AMLEGALS, A.R. Gupta & Associates. She has represented leading corporates and high-net-worth individuals across diverse sectors including steel, energy, real estate, infrastructure, banking, FMCG and technology. She has been part of matters involving companies such as Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel, Essar Group, Reliance Group, Adani Group, AMW Motors, and Sintex Industries Ltd. She combines strong courtroom advocacy with in-depth drafting skills, having prepared a wide variety of pleadings for filing before High Courts and the Supreme Court. She holds an LL.M. (IPR Hons.) from Gujarat National Law University, Gandhinagar, and a B.Com LL.B. (Hons.) from the same University. She has also published and presented papers on human rights and humanitarian law and has been actively involved in moot courts and research committees during her academic tenure.
