Moumita Das Lala is a Senior Associate at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana, with over 7 years of experience in Intellectual Property, particularly in Patent Prosecution, National Biodiversity Authority (NBA) matters, Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers’ Rights (PVP) matters, and business development activities. She has been actively involved in managing patent prosecution processes and advising clients on regulatory and compliance requirements related to biodiversity and plant variety protection, while also contributing to client engagement and business development initiatives.
Prior to joining the firm, Moumita served as an Assistant Manager at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan Attorneys, where she handled various aspects of intellectual property prosecution and advisory work. She is currently pursuing her law degree from CCS and holds an MBA from GGSIPU, which complements her legal and business-oriented approach to intellectual property management.
