Yogita is a Senior Associate at Khurana & Khurana. She is a Registered Patent Agent (IN/PA 5676). She holds a master’s degree in computer science and engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Information technology along with a bachelor’s degree in law. She has over 8 years of experience in Indian Patent preparation relating to technologies in the field of IoT, CS/IT, Cloud computing, mechanical, software, blockchain, medical devices and biomedical. She has mainly focused on preparing drafts for patent application along with preparing responses to FER, drafting hearings submissions and handling client queries. She was a Project (TIFAC) co-ordinator at CSIR URDIP for 3 years. She has 3 years of research experience in cloud computing. She has published 12 research publications in various international conferences and journals, out of which three papers are published on IEEE xplore digital library. Prior to Khurana & Khurana, she has worked with R K Dewan (Pune) and CSIR URDIP (Pune).
