Dr. Priya is a Senior Associate at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. Dr. Priya holds a Doctorate degree in Organometallic Chemistry from the Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi. Dr. Priya has undertaken four years of post-doctoral research at the University of Delhi, IIT Bombay, and Tel Aviv University, Israel. Dr. Priya has published 13 peer-reviewed international research papers, being the first author in 12 of them and second author in one. Dr. Priya has also taught B.Sc. (Chemistry Honours) and M.Tech. (Chemical Synthesis and Process Technology) courses at the University of Delhi as a Guest Lecturer. Dr. Priya has over 6 years of experience in the patent domain, including novelty/patentability searches, invalidity/validity searches, freedom-to-operate searches, preparation of IP landscape reports across various technology domains, chemical-structure searching using SciFinder, PubChem, SureChem and other tools, patent claim mapping, drafting provisional and complete patent specifications, and patent prosecution. Prior to joining Khurana & Khurana, Dr. Priya worked in the patents domain with Zeus IP Advocates/Services and Evalueserve (SEZ), Gurgaon.
