Shivangi Atrey is a Senior Associate at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana and has over 6 years of experience in patent searching, freedom-to-operate (FTO) searches, landscape analysis, invalidity and patentability searches, patent infringement analysis, state-of-the-art (SoA) searches, design searches, evidence-of-use (EoU) analysis, office-action responses, and competitor portfolio analysis in the electronics, communication, and software domains. Shivangi has worked across technical fields including electronics, telecommunications, software, mechanical engineering, instrumentation, automobiles, semiconductors, and electrical engineering for patent research, drafting defensive publications, and handling office-action projects. Shivangi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Master’s degree in Wireless Communication, and is also pursuing an LL.B. degree. Prior to joining Khurana & Khurana, Shivangi worked with AnovIP, Green Park, New Delhi.
