Anuja Saraswat is an Associate working with the Litigation Team at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. Anuja holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, Mumbai, and has specialized in Intellectual Property Laws. Anuja has prior experience as an intern at various law firms, including K&S Partners and Inttl Advocare, where Anuja worked with both the trademark litigation and prosecution teams. Anuja also has experience in drafting and vetting legal agreements.
