Kashish is an Associate working with IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. Kashish is a graduate of the School of Law, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun, with a Bachelor’s degree in Energy Technology along with an LL.B. (Hons.) in Intellectual Property Rights (B.Tech. LL.B.). Kashish is involved with the patent drafting and prosecution team of Khurana & Khurana. During the graduation years, Kashish interned with organisations including Mason & Associates and developed a strong interest in trademarks, trade secrets, and copyright law. Kashish was also a member of the Advisory Board of the Intellectual Property Rights Cell at the University.
