Deergha has over 9 years of experience in IP Asset Management, with a focus on invention ideation and review, patentability assessment, inventor interviews, patent drafting, and patent prosecution. Deergha has drafted and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications across the United States, Europe, India, and other jurisdictions in technical domains including consumer electronics, communications, software, semiconductors, cloud computing, communication protocols and standards, medical devices, AI-based technologies, and VLSI circuits. Deergha has also trained and mentored numerous engineers on patent law, patent drafting, and patent prosecution, and has experience in IP product management as a subject-matter expert. Deergha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication, a Bachelor’s degree in Law, and an MBA.
