Harsh has extensive hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies such as telecommunications (3G/4G/5G/6G), video coding (VVC/HEVC), IEEE 802.11 WLAN (Wi-Fi 4–7), IPTV, short-range communication technologies (including Bluetooth and Zigbee), and home-automation platforms such as the Matter standard. Harsh’s practice primarily focuses on patent searching, including invalidity and validity searches (strength-check), patentability assessments, SEP declaration and mapping, and landscape studies. Harsh also provides critical, close-ended technical and analytical support in high-stakes patent-litigation matters across key jurisdictions including the United States, Europe (including UPC matters), China, and India, with findings contributing to the successful filing of multiple IPRs and oppositions.
