Mohit is an Associate in the Trademarks and Copyrights Department at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana, with over 2 years of experience. Mohit holds a B.Com. (Hons.) degree from Amity University, Noida, an LL.B. from the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and an LL.M. with a specialisation in Intellectual Property Rights from Amity University, Noida. During the LL.M. programme, Mohit’s research focused on “The Analytical Study of Over-the-Top Platform Global Regulations in Reference to the Copyright Act.” In addition to intellectual property law, Mohit also has a strong interest in criminal law, contract law, and family law.
