Monika is an Associate (Trademarks & Copyrights) at the Greater Noida office of IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. Monika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Delhi and is currently pursuing an LL.B. Monika has over 7 years of overall experience in the field of IP. Monika focuses on preparation of e-filing forms for copyright filing, preparing replies/responses to objections raised by the Registry, generating bills/managing all the invoices and status updates of copyright applications filed, preparing follow-up letters for those applications for which no development is there after a certain period, checking registration certificates with all the details which were filed at the initial time and, in case of any mistake by the Registry, informing the client and sending a follow-up letter to the Registry, reviewing Trademark Journals, managing deadlines and sending reminders to clients, client coordination, and handling copyright portfolios of clients.
