Poulomi Sen is a Registered Patent Agent (IN/PA-5561) and a Senior Associate L1 at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. Poulomi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation and an LL.B. with specialisation in Intellectual Property Laws from the Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, IIT Kharagpur. Poulomi has over 2 years of experience in the patents domain and began a career as a Patent-cum-Legal Associate at a law firm, where Poulomi handled patent prosecution for leading global technology companies. Poulomi has worked across a wide range of patent-prosecution assignments and brings strong combined legal and technical capability to the practice. Poulomi was awarded a Gold Medal for securing the university-topper rank in the undergraduate engineering programme. During the LL.B. programme, Poulomi also worked as a Teaching Assistant for three NPTEL courses and contributed to the 2022 edition of the “Handbook on Patent Laws,” published by LexCampus.
