Rajat is a Senior Associate in the Litigation Department at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. With enrolment in the Bar Council of Delhi, he brings to the table a wealth of expertise garnered over 9 years of dedicated service in both legal practice and administration & management. Specializing in litigation, Rajat has become a trusted advisor in handling a diverse range of cases, including IPR infringement matters, commercial disputes, recovery suits, matrimonial disputes, IBC matters, stamp duty-related disputes, NIA matters, environment law-related disputes, to name a few. Rajat’s prowess is further evidenced by his role in assisting & briefing Senior Counsels for a myriad of cases presented before esteemed judicial bodies such as the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, NCLT, NCLAT, RERA, and PMLA, to name a few. In terms of academic credentials, Rajat holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in History from Sri Venkateswara College, University of Delhi, where he graduated with distinction, securing Rank II. Subsequently, he pursued his LL.B. from the University of Delhi, completing his legal education in 2017.
