Ritwika is a Principal Associate at the Hyderabad office of IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. Ritwika has over 9 years of experience in handling trademark prosecution and opposition matters, including drafting and reviewing opposition and rectification pleadings, counter-statements, evidence, and memoranda of understandings, etc. Ritwika also specializes in drafting and responding to cease-and-desist notices, rejoinders, and domain-name complaints. In addition to her core practice, Ritwika is actively involved in business development for the Hyderabad office. Ritwika holds a B.A. LL.B. degree from the Department of Law, University of Calcutta, and is enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal.
