Sakshi is a Registered Patent Agent and has over 4 years of experience in the prosecution of patents in the areas of Biotechnology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Medical Devices, Mechanical, Electronics and Communication, and Software. At Khurana & Khurana, Sakshi primarily focuses on drafting responses to First Examination Reports (FERs) and attending hearings before the Controller. Prior to joining Khurana & Khurana, Sakshi worked with S.S. Rana & Co., a leading IP and corporate law firm, where Sakshi was responsible for drafting and managing FER responses, handling their filing, and assisting in client queries.
