Saurabh has an experience of over a year and is actively involved in drafting, reviewing, and structuring agreements related to Corporate and Commercial transactions, including Services Agreements, Collaboration Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholders’ Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Distribution Agreements, Employment Agreements, Franchise Agreements, and M&A Agreements. Saurabh also offers strategic guidance on the formulation and implementation of Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies for platforms in compliance with statutory mandates. Saurabh assists clients in the preparation and review of essential HR documents, including employment contracts, HR policy manuals, and disciplinary frameworks, and is also engaged in the drafting and implementation of POSH Policies at workplaces to foster a legally compliant and harmonious work environment. Saurabh further lends expertise in drafting and reviewing documents related to Capital Markets, including DRHP documentation, and has valuable experience in Dispute Resolution as well as Corporate and Commercial Litigation.
