Saurabh is a Senior Associate at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana, and is a Registered Indian Patent Agent (IN/PA–4908). Saurabh holds an LL.B. (Honours in Intellectual Property Rights) from IIT Kharagpur and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from VNIT Nagpur. Saurabh has over 8 years of experience in handling patent matters across multiple jurisdictions, including the US, EP, and IN. Saurabh’s expertise spans patent prosecution, infringement analysis with EoU charting, patentability and freedom-to-operate (FTO) searches, landscape and white-space analysis, portfolio management, IP monetization, licensing, and valuation. Saurabh specializes in technologies related to wireless Communication, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Medical Devices, Semiconductors and Embedded Systems, Home Automation, Consumer Electronics, and Li-Fi and Optical Communication. Prior to joining Khurana & Khurana, Saurabh worked with UnitedLex, Ericsson, and ResearchWire Knowledge Solutions, where he managed global patent portfolios and contributed to end-to-end IP strategy and commercialization initiatives.
