Shashank is a Junior Associate with the Trademarks and Copyrights Department at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana, with over 1 year of experience. Shashank graduated as one of the top candidates during law school and holds a specialised certification in “Legal Aid and Allied Laws” by ProBono India, in collaboration with Gujarat National Law University and Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law. Shashank has experience in Intellectual Property Law, particularly in Trademarks and Copyrights, including prosecution, opposition, strategic advisory, and landscape analysis. Shashank’s work includes drafting Notices of Opposition, Counter-Statements, Evidence in Support of Opposition and Application, Cease and Desist Notices, and client advisories, and assisting in TLA and opposition hearings. In addition, Shashank has exposure to litigation, in-house advisory, ESG, and real estate matters, with experience before the Delhi High Court, Uttarakhand High Court, District Courts across Delhi and Uttar Pradesh, and DRTs.
