Shruti Gupta is a Senior Associate with the Litigation Team at Khurana & Khurana and IIPRD. She holds a B.A. LL.B. degree and has over three years of experience in Intellectual Property and Commercial litigation. Shruti has been enrolled as an Advocate since 2022 after qualifying the All India Bar Examination (AIBE). Her practice includes drafting and vetting pleadings, written submissions, applications, contracts, and commercial agreements, as well as representing clients in complex IP and commercial disputes. She has been involved in IP matters before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, the Madras High Court, and various District Courts in Delhi. In addition to litigation, she has also handled a whole portfolio of trademark prosecution matters. Shruti also handles clients independently, provides them a legal opinion, settling matters between the parties and also advises them on various matters such as copyright, patent, trademark, arbitration, SEBI, RERA.
