Yashika is an Associate working with the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team at IIPRD and Khurana and Khurana, and has been practising since 2023.
She has experience across a wide range of matters, including Civil and Commercial Litigation, Writ Proceedings, Domestic Arbitration and Arbitration-related Proceedings, Real Estate and Infrastructure Disputes, MSME, Consumer Disputes, and selected Criminal matters. Her practice is primarily litigation-focused, involving active participation in Court and Tribunal Proceedings by representing Corporates, Financial Institutions, Developers, and Individual Clients in disputes arising from commercial transactions, contractual disputes, regulatory issues, and sector-specific matters.
She appears before District and Commercial Courts, NCLT, DRT, RERA, Arbitral Institutions including but not limited to the Delhi International Arbitration Centre, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. She has experience handling matters at different stages of Litigation and Arbitration, including pre-litigation advisory, interim and procedural hearings, evidentiary stages, final hearings, and post-award or execution proceedings.
She is accustomed to managing time-sensitive and high-stakes disputes, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring procedural compliance across multiple forums. Her practice reflects a detail-oriented approach, courtroom exposure, and the ability to handle diverse dispute portfolios efficiently within demanding litigation environments.”
