Kuldeep is a Principal Associate at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. Kuldeep is a Registered Patent Agent (IN/PA-2773) and an Advocate (Reg. No. D/842/2020). Kuldeep holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Law. Kuldeep has over 12 years of experience in Indian patent prosecution relating to technologies in the fields of electronics, telecommunications, mechanical engineering, software, e-commerce, instrumentation, automobiles, medical devices, and electrical engineering. Kuldeep primarily focuses on preparing responses to First Examination Reports (FER), attending hearings before the Controller, and responding to client queries. Kuldeep has also worked as a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and has three years of research experience in wireless communication. Kuldeep has one research publication in an international journal and has presented a research paper at a national conference on wireless communication and VLSI design. Prior to joining Khurana & Khurana, Kuldeep worked with Perfexio Legal (Noida), Groser & Groser (Gurugram), Remfry & Sagar (Gurugram), and Kan & Krishme (Delhi).
