Chhavi is an Associate Partner (Consultant) in the Litigation Department with IIPRD and Khurana and Khurana Advocates and IP Attorneys. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in the Legal and HR domain. She has extensively been handling matters related to Banking Law, Cyber laws, Labour law, Employment matters, Family disputes, Consumer Disputes, MSME Arbitration, Criminal and POSH. She has also worked extensively on drafting and vetting of various Contracts and Agreements related to Intellectual Property laws, Non-Disclosure Agreements, drafting legal notices, rejoinders, lease agreements, employment contracts, commercial contracts, providing legal opinions etc. She is a POSH Trainer and empaneled as External Member of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) for several Indian and international organizations, having effectively handled numerous POSH complaints and delivered over 300 awareness programs, trainings, and workshops on The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. Her sessions for ICC members cover statutory roles and responsibilities, inquiry processes, complaint-handling, preparation of annual reports, the impact of workplace sexual harassment, and legal consequences of non-compliance. In addition to POSH, she regularly conducts training programs on POCSO, Cyber Laws, Intellectual Property Laws, and Labour & Employment Laws. Her labour law trainings focus on both employee rights, employer obligations, compliance, leave and working hour regulations, wages and benefits, workplace safety and welfare, grievance handling, disciplinary procedures and best practices. Her training programs ensure that organizations strengthen their compliance, minimize risk, and foster an inclusive and legally compliant workplace culture. Chhavi regularly writes blogs and articles to spread the awareness on the POSH Act, RERA Act, Labour Laws and varied topics of Law. Chhavi has worked with companies like Shotam Consultants, SPI Offshore Pvt. Ltd., SP Info Systems, Global Energy Talent, SKE&C, Phoenix Global Trade Solutions Pvt Ltd., PS Legal Advocates & Consultants and various startups. She holds a PGDHRM from XLRI, along with an MSc in Forestry, and has completed both her LLB and LLM.
