Anvita G. Joshi is an Associate working with the Litigation team at Khurana and Khurana. Having
graduated with a B.A., LL.B. degree from Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad in 2022, she is enrolled in
the Karnataka State Bar Council. She is experienced in the field of IPR prosecution and has handled
matters before the Trade Marks Registry. She is skilled at legal research, drafting and client advisory.
Given Anvita’s passion for IPR, she has now diversified her practice into IP litigation before the courts of
Karnataka.
