Arjun Santhosh is a Principal Associate in the Litigation Practice at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana. Arjun has over 8 years of experience in litigation and arbitration matters and has represented several corporates and institutions in proceedings before various courts and tribunals. Arjun is also engaged in various arbitrations (ad-hoc and institutional). In numerous disputes, Arjun have acted as both briefing counsel and lead counsel, conducting trials and arguments before courts and tribunals. Arjun has represented clients in actions seeking interim relief, challenges to arbitral awards, and proceedings for the constitution of arbitral tribunals. Arjun has developed considerable experience in handling corporate and commercial disputes, ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations, white-collar criminal proceedings, writ petitions, corporate insolvency matters, employment disputes, consumer disputes, and indirect tax matters. Recent work includes handling a hotly contested property dispute on behalf of a leading builder concerning an ongoing apartment project in Bangalore, managing criminal proceedings arising out of allegations of sexual harassment, and representing a leading agro company in an appeal relating to a software code dispute. Earlier in practice, Arjun acted as briefing counsel for a public sector company in a group of writ petitions before the High Court of Kerala concerning compensation for land acquired under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Before joining Khurana & Khurana, Arjun was associated with J. Sagar Associates at the Bangalore office.
