Arvind Shankar is an Senior Associate at IIPRD and Khurana & Khurana and is primarily involved in drafting patent specifications in the fields of mechanical engineering, software, electronics, and telecommunications. Arvind holds a B.Sc. in Data Science and Programming from IIT Madras and a B.B.A., LL.B. degree from National Law University Odisha, where Arvind was awarded a Gold Medal for achieving the Practitioner’s Profile Rank 3 in the batch. Arvind was invited to the 11th Advanced International Certificate Course (AICC) 2020 Workshop, jointly conducted by WIPO and Korean IP organisations. Prior to joining Khurana & Khurana, Arvind worked with several start-ups, guiding them through end-to-end patent and IP life cycles.
